PowercyclesAU Warranty Policy for E-Bike Kits and Batteries

 

At PowercyclesAU, we are dedicated to providing high-quality products and exceptional customer service. Our warranty policy has been established to ensure the longevity and performance of our e-bike kits and batteries.

1. Warranty Coverage

  • All e-bike kits, batteries, motorized push bike kits, etc are covered by a three-month warranty from the date of delivery.
  • This warranty protects against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, ensuring the quality and reliability of our products.

2. Conditions for Warranty

  • The warranty is valid only if the product is used in accordance with the manufacturer’s guidelines, including proper installation, maintenance, and usage as outlined in the product manual.
  • This warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
  • E-bike & Batteries isn't meant for on road usage as they surpass the legal limit of 250w. Intended for private property. If breached the warranty process may altar. A speed limiter plug is provided within the controller to limit the bikes wattage output and speed to meet road regulations.
  • Motorized push bike kits isn't meant for on road usage as they surpass the legal standards and laws. Intended for private property. If breached the warranty will be voided.
  • MUST have proof of purchase and your digital email we had sent to you on the time of purchase, if not provided, returns, refunds, exchanges, etc. Can not be provided.

3. Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, modification or failure to follow the manufacturer's guidelines.
  • Any physical damage, unauthorized modifications, or improper handling.
  • Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage (e.g., scratches or dents), or damage caused by accidents.
  • All batteries 35ah and above are voided from warranty claims, etc. Buy them at your own risk!
  • Batteries that aren’t meant for the kit. Example: 3000w with a 52v battery or a 1500w with a 72v.
  • Motorized push bike kits
  • All pushbike, dirtbike, accessories, etc. Are not under warranty unless you receive a damaged unit.

4. Claims Process

  • To initiate a warranty claim, contact our customer service team with proof of purchase and a detailed description of the issue.
  • Products may need to be returned for inspection. If found defective and covered under warranty, repairs or replacements will be provided at no additional cost, refunds are unlikely to be provided depending on the issue.

Important Notes

  • Warranty policy may altar if item isn't used within the intended use of the item(s). 
  • Active from 1/06/2024, with the most recent update on 4/02/2024.
